Magnets and magnet systems
Permanent magnetic chucks and blocks with increased magnetic power, not switchable
The chuck pads consist of a permanent magnet system in Neodymium (rare earth) execution. These more powerful systems offer important advantages compared to ceramic-magnet holding devices.
All Neodymium blocks have very close pole spacing and are particulary suitable for the holding of very thin workpieces. The block have two or three magnetic faces which can be modified by machining, to accept components which have uneven surfaces, without impairing their holding power.
The non-magnetic faces are used e.q, for holding on any magnetic chuck.
