Circular permanent magnetic chucks with parallel pole spacing with increased magnetic power for heavy machining operations

A particularly powerful permanent ceramic magnet system with a large, evenly distributed holding power over the entire holding surface, for use on lathes and grinding machines.

Incorporated centering grooves simplify the alignment of the workpieces.

All circular chucks can if necessary be provided with a centering device - dimensions, see table. In addition it is possible to have holes, etc. (steel 15 mm / brass 7 mm) in the top plate without impairing the holding power.

The holding power can be infinitely regulated from zero to maximum.

Pole spacing:
BM 63.201 bis 63.208: Steel 8 mm / brass NE 5 mm
Holding power: 120 - 150 N/cm² (≙ 12 - 15 kg/cm²)

The chucks are specifically designed for the machining of small and thin workpieces also.

Holding power: 80  - 100 N/cm² (≙ 8 - 10 kg/cm²)
