Permanent magnet filters

For ferrous separation from liquids

These magnetic filters are used to filter out iron particles from products in liquid form. They are used in hydraulic units and coolant systems. The filter system is made up of ceramic magnets. The entire device is enclosed in a housing made of stainless steel (material no. 1.4301). The system can be easily removed for cleaning.

A double-walled special version is available for use in heated pipe systems. These magnetic filters are only suitable for use in the food industry to a limited extent - for this purpose, permanent magnet filters according to the EHEDG standard, especially for the food and pharmaceutical industry recommended.

Large-capacity systems can be manufactured for raw materials with a capacity of 1000 to 8500 l / min. Special magnetic filters with flanges according to DIN 2576 ND 10 are also available. These are mainly used in the food and beverage industry.
