Pryor Number markers, manual

Pryor Number markers enable you to quickly mark clear and legible impressions onto most metals and plastics, allowing maximum utilisation and return on investment. By simply rotating the wheels, you can change a complete inscription in seconds, making Numberers the perfect tool for simple yet flexible marking.

• Standard Numbering Head wheels are engraved with figures 0-9 plus a blank.
• Tell-Tale characters in the wheel grooves show the characters in the marking position on the Numbering head, allowing easy selection of marking sequence when the marking head is mounted in a press or machine.
• Wheels are positively locked in position by a securing pin. The pin also transmits the compressive load in the body of the tool directly to the point of impact.
• Each wheel consists of sharp faced characters engraved 0-9 and one blank station.
• Manual Numberers are suitable for either hand or machine use up to character size 3mm. 4mm to 6mm are suitable for hand or hammer use only.
• Automatic Numberers are suitable for use in most types of marking machines or presses, but are not suitable for use by hand and hammer.

• There are two different Number Marking Head frames:
  - Small Manual Number Marking Head - for Number Marking Heads with character sizes of 3mm and below.
  - Large Manual Number Marking Head - for Number Marking Heads with character sizes of 4mm and above. This frame is a one-piece frame (the Head and the Shank are one piece). Two-piece frames are available upon request.
