Electro magnetic chucks with transverse pole distribution especially for grinding


This chuck is universal with good magnetic holding, and is suitable for all kinds of work on grinding machines or milling machines depending on their pole spacing..

Multiple chucks can be combined to create very large clamping surfaces.

Electro magnetic chucks with transverse pole distribution especially for grinding Characteristics:
• stable construction
• no heating of the magnet even after long hours of use
• a long working life due to the watertight integrity of the coil
• Ingress Protection: IP 67
• Input voltage 110 V DC, other voltages can be supplied on request
• two end stops are included 
• especially suitable for series praduction

This chuck requires a controller for its operation, which supplies the appropriate voltages for the magnetisation and demagnetisation process of the chuck.

Fine pole spacing:
The magnetic chucks can be executed with fine transverse pole spacing for grinding of small workpieces (40 mm or less).

Available pole spacing:
10 mm steel / 3 mm brass  - Curve of lines of force: 8 mm - Holding power: 90 N/cm²
  6 mm steel / 3 mm brass  - Curve of lines of force: 5 mm - Holding power: 70 N/cm²
  5 mm steel / 2 mm brass  -  Curve of lines of force: 4 mm - Holding power: 55 N/cm²

45-5-pole spacing:
Transversal pole spacing of 45 mm of steel and 5 of brass.
Suitable for milling pieces with lengths of 80 mm or more. Good holding of the pieces with large air gaps, such as cast pieces, oxygen-cut pieces, forged pieces, etc. Holding force: 140/cm²
